  • I don't really measure, lol, I just toss stuff in the blender, I probably put around half a cup of yogurt at least, I start out kind of light on the milk and add it as necessary to get it to the consistency I prefer.

  • 5 bananas with a little bit of water and blend. Add berries to it if you want more than a banana flavour.

  • half a banana, 1 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon of peanutbutter plus, you can add a cup of spinach as long as you blend it very well....you will not notice the taste at all,...it does turn it green, but you can't taste it ! my kids love it spinach or not.....and so do i !

  • Our two favorites here right now are Banana peanut butter: Seel ice cubes,1/2 cup organic plain yogurt, splash vanilla,2 tablespoons gluten free Pbutter,2 large bananas, 1/2 cup rice milk. THATS WHAT WE USE BUT IT CAN BE CHANGED ACCORDINGLY.

Or 1 cup blueberries, ice cubes, yogurt, ricemilk, banana and a few chunks of mango:) The kids LOVE this ine.
