Can you develop ADD as an adult?

I have no focus anymore. So nothing ever gets done. And this is just in the last couple of months. Also, any tips on improving focus?

  • I can't say for certain, but I just read an article about the constant streaming of information has made it difficult for people to retain focus. And focus is a skill that if not excersized it weakens just like a muscle.

  • ADD isn't something that just happens suddenly.
Most likely it's a vitamin deficiency, b-12. Go pick up a bottle at walmart or somewhere.
