  • Have you tried laying on your right side? Or different positions? If you typically feel her move more than I would call your dr.

  • Have some juice lay down and relax ( left side) and if your don't feel 10 kicks go in and get checked. Or call your doctor and see if you can be seen

  • Eating something or drinking something usually makes the baby active. One suggestion is usually orange juice, but my babies were always active after eating or drinking. Then try to stay still and quiet, laying, and do your kick counts like Claudiomom suggested. 10 kicks in 1 hour I believe?

  • sometimes the baby may not want to move i know that being very active and doing things during the day may make them just want to sleep or it may make them wanna play too just relax and see about eating ice cream or something if you don't feel the baby move in two or three days then i would deffinatly go and see your doctor. I know this because i am very active and don't feel the baby till i eat something cold and then lay down.

  • Babies are usually less active when you are busy moving around. They're basically rocked as you move. Besides that you may be so busy you don't notice the baby's movements so you feel like it isn't moving or isn't moving enough.

  • Lay down left side and have a cool drink. Call your oB if you don't feel anything.
