  • My eyes are popping out of my head!!!!! 120???? Our house is 3 br, 1 bath, and probably would go for 500 in CT. JEEZ, I feel like calling that realtor right now and buying it over the phone. and moving down there tomorrow. I'd offer the asking price, no doubt (unless I can figure out what is the matter with it!!!)

  • Every market is different. Do you have a realtor? If not, then get one. You'll need one if you actually purchase a home anyway and it doesn't cost the buyer anything to have a realtor. I wouldn't recommend using the seller's realtor because it's impossible for him/her to have both of you in their best interest. Good luck!

  • In my area, that house would sell for anywhere from $80,000-$120,000. I would offer $100,000 and see what the counter offer is.

  • What theyre asking would be reasonable for such house in my area..but jacksonville is a couple hours away and i dont know much about that region!!! However for 4BR and 2BA as long as its a safe neighborhood, i would jump on it lol!!! I would love to have that kinda space!

  • Looking at the houses that were similar in the area - yours would seem to be a good deal - I liked it better than the others that were priced higher. Now as long as you are not next to a nuclear plant or the sewer plant, or people who grow junk cars on their lawns - I would offer 114-

  • I was thinking $100,000. That would be my first offer.
