How old does a child have to be to take flintstone gummies? Are they really good for kids? Does anyone know much about them?

  • My kids take those gummies, I think they work very well. The recommended age is 3 (this is just because they are gummies. My 18 month old takes one per day and does fine with them). My kids do not get sick much, and are generally very healthy.

  • the vitamins that offer the best health advantage are those without dyes and sweeteners. The best ones are those that are derived from whole foods.
