Do any of you eat kiwi fruit with the skins on?

they say the skins are loaded with huge amounts of vitamins...j/w

  • I've heard of eating the whole thing too, but ech, I can't do it! But I've also heard it's a different variety that you can eat the skin, not your basic grocery store variety.

  • no..... but funny note- my uncle eats peanuts still in the shell (as in shell and all) - i just find it weird LOL

  • I don't. It doesn't appeal (pun kind of intended. heh) I looked online and I don't know how official it is but from what I can find the skin has a lot of fiber, and some good vitamins are stored right under the skin.
