what in the world is your luteal phase

  • The luteal phase like the pp said is the time from when you ovulate until your period would start. A women's luteal phase is almost always the same for that woman.. for most, around 14 days, but it can vary... mine is 15 days. The time before ovulation from the start of a period to ovulation varys the most between women.

  • Luteal Phase is a term that is used in describing the time period that's calculated from the day AFTER ovulation and runs through the remainder of a monthly cycle.
    That's what the medical dictionary said!!!!!!

  • The doctor told me to have lots of sex on days 12-15 of starting my period. So count day one as the day you start and mark days 2-15 after that. We were trying for about five months and after we tried that It only took like a month or so cuz now i'm 15 wks!
