  • mine (4 and almost 3) JUST started going to bed at 8... only because i was in the hospital giving birth, and now i'm in the hospital while my newborn is having weight issues. their nana started putting them to bed later. HA! they WERE going to bed at 7, though. i would say that 8 is a great time... gives them enough time to digest their dinner a bit and get baths... 7 was always cutting it close (we eat at 6-6:30 every night.)

  • My boys (now 8 and 6) since preschool have always gone to bed between 7-8:30PM--it all depends on how busy of a day they had! Summertime is a little harder, since they aren't on the same busy schedule as during the school year. :o)

  • My five year old goes to bed usually at 7:30 when we have to be up early, and on weekends and summer she lays down at 8pm and can lay and watch tv and stay awake as long as she wants but can't get out of bed except to use the bathroom. She's usually asleep by 830-9pm on those nights.
