is it possible to be on your "period" and have no blood? 7 weeks Post partum? adult content

so im having all the signs that its that time of the month:
moody,wanting chocolate,cramping,tired, etc.etc.
but theres no yuckyness..not yet atleast.
i just had my baby 7 weeks ago. not breastfeeding. and not pregnant. husband left before we had a chance to really do anything.
could these be sign its about to start or can you have a period with no blood? or could these signs also be from the stress im under with this deployment

    if there is no blood, it's not a period.

    it might be PMS (which contrary to what people say, it starts before you're period at ovulation)

  • But 7 weeks post partum, your periods may be very unpredictable.
