  • The name callers. The ones "you're so dumb" and such. Sure, debates get heated but there's no reason to call someone a name. We're not kids anymore!

  • for the same reason i use it in other sections: either i disagree completely, i feel the information given is false/wrong, or they are being completely assholic in response to someone, unwarranted.

  • Name calling, mean spirited, inflammatory remarks. I don't use it too often. I am never rude in this section or any other section. I'm not one of those "oooh I get 10 a day, I may as well use them" types.

  • If the thumbs up is for answers I like or agree with- that would make the thumbs down for answers I don't like or don't agree with.

  • Personal insults. Responses that do not even address the question being asked.
    Answers that attempt to pull hot button issues into the discussion, when those issues have NOTHING to do with the question being asked.
