  • A lifestyle change

    Begin start with simple changes.
    Don’t buy junk food
    Walk, or do other exercise, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
    Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains a day.
    Eat at least two servings of legumes a day.
    Cut way back on (or eliminate) meat and dairy

  • ok tht sounds easy but what do i do about my sudden erges to just binge on food its an every day battle with my stomach lol

  • If you don't have it in your house, you can't eat it. Don't buy it and don't bring it into your house. Fill yourself up with lots of veggies, have your fruit and veggies already prewashed and cut up ready to go. Chew gum, have flavored water in your fridge. Instead of eating brush your teeth, call a friend, go for a walk, come on here. Hope some of this helps.

  • good luckget on the treadmill and see how long it takes to burn 200 calories look at that bag of m&ms next time you snack burn enough calories before eating those m&m's and that might make you think twice before snacking next time just a suggestion... I know it's hard

  • as far as the cravings, untill i started the zone diet this past week (during my period) i always had problems.
    it's about getting your macronutrients balanced so that your hormones are better regulated.

    other than that... don't buy the stuff. lol

    the best way... and the easiest way:

    use an online calculator to figure out how many calories you need to eat to lose weight.
    then eat as clean as possible.
    eat everything as close to nature as possible.

    now for the important part WEIGH YOUR FOOD AND TRACK CALORIES.
    if you guess, you won't lose.
    you can essentially eat anything you want .. as long as you have the calories. you learn to eat better and get the most food for your alloted calories.
