Who cooks at your house?

I love to cook, most of all from scratch when I have time to plan ahead and hit the market, etc...

Hubby does a lot of cooking around here, also from scratch.

I'm a recipe kind of person, but he has an amazing sense of what goes together to create something wonderful.

  • I do.. if i leave the cooking up to DH, the food would get burned and it wouldn't be eatable.

  • I'm the head chef. DH is the grill-meister though. He rarely cooks in the kitchen. When he does he's good, but his repertoire doesn't vary much. He doesn't mind cooking if I'm not home, but if I'm home and able he'd rather I cook.

  • Families are funny, my mom is the head cook and dad is the grill master, my aunt and uncle always eat out or ready made as neither cook.

My brother is learning to cook, he is a bachelor and has gotten tired of heat 'em up, eat 'em ups:)
