Is 2 miles a day good enough for the body (walking)???

  • Any exercise is better than none. Two miles is not bad at all! And if you feel like your not making the progress that you want, then increase it in small increments

  • I think anything from 30-60 minutes is good, esp daily. 2 miles sounds great!
