  • I sleep on both and flip flop a lot. The left side is the best to sleep on but the back is the big no no.

  • i def remember the back and belly are no's. all i remember is that one side gives the baby more room.

  • no that isnt true. the left is better for baby to breathe. not more room...

you can lay on your back if you want but if you start to get light headed or dizzy or anything then change positions because there is a major artery or something on your back that baby COULD lay on and supress it a little bit. but it isnt a "NEVER do that" thing.

and u can lay on your belly for as long as you are comfortable... i dont see how someone could lay on their bellies 9 months pregnant though

pretty much, lay any way possible, that baby has a lot of cushioning in there

  • Laying on left for blood flows better, and put something between your legs that's make u feel better. I think right side is fine too, but better on left. Sometimes when I lay flat my heart beat raises so I try to slepp on side.
