  • to me, spotting is when I wipe and have a bit of pink/red, but nothing ever shows up on the pad/liner

period involves actually needing to change pad/liner/tampon

  • idk if i would say i have a period or not... i could NOT wear a panty liner at times because it could come and go if i do use a panty liner it would just leave a spot .. very little..

right now i only have extra lite tampons i use one a day (id use panty liuners but i havent bought any yet)

would u consider this a period? no cramps or anything either.
