Insomnia suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks!

I'm exhausted. My eyes are burning. I can't stop yawning. Yet for some reason, I am wide awake! I want to forget everything I have on my mind until the morning, but that is seeming pretty impossible right now. Thank God for caffiene...

  • Lucky! I want meds to make me sleep. I'm on Zoloft and that used to knock me on my ass, but not anymore unfortunately.

  • I struggle as well. I'm going to look into a sleep study this week. The ambian is only occasionally working at this point. I go back to work in a week. I'm gonna need my sleep.

  • Women are cursed with noisy brain syndrome or NBS as I call it! Men don't think about things or worry at all it seems, that's why they sleep like babies! But we just can't shut our brains up!

Yeah but I need new ones. I can't wake up if I take them. Last time I slept till 3pm and the kids ripped every thing out of my fridge.
