I am looking for some casseroles or easy freezer meals to make. We have a big family and I am freezing some things for my Husband to cook after this baby is born. Any recipes would be appreciated. Thank you.

  • Tator Tot Casserole is easy:
Brown 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground meat (your choice). You can add onions when browning meat if you want.
Mix in a small can of mushroom or celery soup.
Place in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Put vegetables of your choice on top of ground meat.
Place a layer of tator tots over that and top with cheese slices.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
