What's your favorite use for leftover chili?

I love me some chili, but I always make a huge batch and I like to try and change things up when I'm eating leftovers. I've done baked potatoes with chili, rice and chili, of course just straight up leftovers. any other ideas?

  • chili mac! left over chili w/ a box of mac and cheese. easy cheap and everyone loves it. Of course you have to add extra cheese in it too!

  • We do spaghetti chili. Just make some pasta noodles (any kind) and add the chili to the top instead of spaghetti sauce.
Also, chili is great on hot dogs, and cheese burgers. :-)

  • tater tot casserole! spread the chili on the bottom of a baking dish, top with tater tots, then cheese and bake in the oven for however long the tots need to bake. the amount of chili and tots you use depends on the number of people you need to feed
