  • I def wouldn't. We named our daughter together because we LOVED her name. How old is your daughter? It just seems that would be extremely confusing to her.

  • The baby isn't born its still up for debate until they are born.

  • Um, you said your unborn child, right? Its not her name until its on her birth certificate, change away. We "tried on" several names during both of my pregnancies before arriving at our final decision the day they were born.

  • How do you feel about changing her name? Is there more to this? It is a possiblilty.
Are you talking about first name or last name?

  • Is he wanting to change her first name? It is probably too late to do that. It is too late anyways so, is used to it and would only be confused.

  • her whole name(first middle and last.) he is going to adopt her(via step parent adoption). and im in the middle about it. She was named after her paternal grandmother who turned her back on me and her and made our life a living hell(quite literally)

  • Wait .. He wants to change your four year old's name full name? NO! Don't let him do that. You already chose that name, don't let him change it. She already knows it and is called by it .. don't let him do that.
