Should a couple be financially compensated for a stay at Holiday inn?

A honeymooning couple are suing Holiday Inn for ten thousand dollars, claiming their sex life is now dysfunctional because an employee mistakenly walked in on them on their wedding night.

  • what a crock! tell them to get the h over it, and don't have kids bc they might walk in there too, then they could only sue themselves for poor parenting.

  • Well, they probably want some type of compensation for being walked in on during their special night. Im sure some wacky attorney came up with this story, cause they gotta have a story to walk into court with. When my ex and I where dating we had a beautiful room in San Diego, on the water. We had great big sliding glass doors and the curtain was open. A bell hop came into our room, we were not doing anything but it really scared me to death. I guess its a feeling of violation and if you are in the moment on your wedding night, the hotel should be more careful..
