What are some protein rich food ideas that I can give my toddlers who eat very little meat?

  • We don't eat meat. We eat beans, lentils, tofu. eggs, brown rice, quinoa, whole grains breads

  • Eggs, peanut butter, beans, most green veggies and most whole grain products. (My son isn't big on meat either!)

  • Can you get your toddler to eat beans and rice? It's a good "filler" for tacos,
    Peanut butter also has protein in it. So do eggs. :)

  • my daughter refused to eat meat (accept for hotdogs) for an entire year and all i can say is peanut butter, nuttella, or any other nut butter on sandwiches. or just off a spoon.
