Another 'pregnancy after tubal questions' adult content

For anyone who has gotten pregnant after a tubal - how were your cycles after your tubal ligation? How long did you suspect or start testing? I got an evap. line on an HPT this morning because I was late. I seriously doubted it, but it was there. I'm calling ob-gyn first thing this morning due to the rupture of my tubes issue. I'm hoping it's just an evap. line. I'm 17 months post surgery.

Thanks for any advice.

  • Definitely see your doctor first thing. Tubal pregnancies are not uncommon after tubal ligation. You want to make sure that it's not a tubal pregnancy if you are pregnant because it can be life threatening. How scary! I am so sorry you are going through this.

  • Oh, and if you get sharp abdominal pains, go to the ER immediately!
