Do you sleep with a bra on?

I sleep with a sports bra on everynight, it seems like my "big girls" hurt even when not pregnant if they arent supported!

  • No way! I only wear bras out in public, and take them off as soon as I get home. They are sooo uncomfortable!!

  • Heck no! I take it off as soon as I walk in the house and only put in on if I am going out.

  • Yes I do. I like support at all times:) I also have this irrational fear that they might get all tangled up in my sleep or something.

  • I've heard sleeping with support will help keep them from sagging later. Not sure how true it is.

hubby likes it when I sleep in just my sports bra and PJ bottoms, but since I only have one it's not an every night thing.
