  • 50's maybe. The times were more innocent. At least that's the impression I have.

  • Each decade would have been interesting, should I be a late teen, not an early one!! The 80s and 90s would be out, I was a child and a teen in the early 90s.

  • 50's was a good time, good music-loved American Bandstand, bonfires before football games- didn't seem concerned about the environment, going to the drug store and having lunch at the counter, didn't lock your doors, no need, raked leaves and burned the pile by the curb, played all day around town and Mom didn't need to worry, going to the corner store for penny candy, love to play the music still. Times were so different and no worries.

  • I was in high school from 80-84 and I wouldn't change a thing! Awesome clothes, fads, and most of all music! Can you say MTV?

  • I agree I think the 50's would have been a lot of fun. I love the poodle skirts and sock hops. I agree with Library about not having to lock your doors and kids being able to play outside without having to worry about something horrible happening. Penny candy and great music. Things really were a lot different then or at least it seems that way.
