Why did God make carbs so yummy?

I need to loose weight and I hear cutting back on carbs is a very good way, but Im addicted! lol!

  • cutting carbs will only last as long as you keep them cut out, and it's not healthy. carbs are my favorite food group!

  • Carbs in your body is a sugar....
    Before all this garbage processed foods came around & we where gather/hunters sweetness/sugar taste let us know it was OK to eat and was not poison..
    Processed foods have decieved us!

  • lol, we r a gluten free, refined sugar free family. We only do brown rice, no white. It was hard but worth it! We do very little root veggies and rare juice. But we do plenty of berries, green apples, the lower GI fruits. It has taken the weight off for us!!

  • Well, (LOL) really it is we that have developed these highly processed, refined floury and sugayr foods that we have become addicted to. The truth is you CAN eat carbs and you should, but natural carbs: fruits and vegetables and even some whole grain breads/pastas are okay in moderation. You don't have to deprive yourself to lose weight, just be smart about your choices.

  • just be careful to get rid of yeast as it will make you gain weigh even if you eat very healthy.
