First executive council meeting coming up, any ideas on how to feel confident?

Its for dd and ds high school program, I am the secretary and its my job to write the minutes. I dont know how to write minutes, where do I start?

  • All you have to do to "record the minutes" is just write down a brief synposis of what happened and what was said at the meeting. Minutes are just a summary that is typed up later for future referance. Don't sweat :o)

  • Date, meeting place, members present, purpose of meeting, then you record who said what (paraphrase when able), who made motions, who second, how vote goes (if you do this)
