EGG SUBSTITUTE

WHAT BRANDS ARE THERE OF EGG SUBSTITUTE? I WANT TO STOP EATING EGGS AND TRY THE SUBSTITUTE:)

  • I get the egg substitute from aldi- it's the fit and active brand- only 10 calories per serving!!

  • I believe some of them are made with egg whites. Do a google search and I'm sure you will find some type of substitute.

  • One tablespoon of ground flax seeds mixed with three tablespoons of water = one egg.

    If you prefer something ready made, look for Ener-G egg replacer.

  • The only egg substitute I've seen countless commercials for is Eggbeaters which you can find in the dairy section of the supermarket.

  • The only substitute I personally have seen is next to the eggbeaters and clearly says 'processed egg product" Not something I would choose. Eggs are NOT bad food. Like all thinggs it is moderation that counts.
