  • The main thing will be a car leave the hospital you have to have that. Other than that.....blankets, undershirts (onsies), diapers (lots of them!), outfits (quite a few unless they will spend all day in undershirts or with dirty clothes on....they spit up a lot), socks, baby wipes (again lots!), formula if you're bottle feeding, bottles, somewhere for them to sleep and lay at during the day, bibs, burp clothes (unless you're going to wear dirty clothes all day!).

  • I found a swing/rocker invaluable in the first few days. Especially when I was so tired and wanted to snooze while DS was sleeping. Good luck!

  • Have you considered a post-partum doula? Although I have not had twins, having one is difficult enough to get everything done and take care of myself, even with a supportive hubby. The main thing you want to be doing is nursing, sleeping, and eating, and that is it! :)

  • Aside from Sleep? LOL!

You will need Car Seats, Blankets, Pacifiers, Bottles and Formula if you formula feed, lotion, baby wash, diapers, wipes, diaper rash cream, onesies, outfits, burp cloths, socks and maybe swings/or a bassinet. Somewhere that you can lay them while you are feeding the other or if you are using the restroom.

Hope this helps. Good Luck Mama :-)
