I went to the Dr today and that was no help either. I've tried benadryl and motrin pm.

Are you particularly stressed or feeling guilty about something? Do you have a lot on your mind? Are you worrying about something? Those are the most common reasons for not being able to sleep. Maybe try relaxing by turning off the TV and reading a book in bed, after having some chamomile tea? If you still can't relax, try some Motrin PM! :o)
