question about a first birthday

My daughter's first birthday is coming up. I have a very large family so there will be a lot of people (I rented a hall). My question is what should I do for entertainment? Are there any good games to play for that many people or should I stay away from games?

  • since the party is for your daughter, have entertainment she would like - costumed character or what not.
It's a celebration of HER not a party to please the people coming. IMHO

  • we had toys and things for my son to play with, and we had an outdoor BBQ so we brought frisbees and footballs and a pinata for the older kids to play with and there was a park too so

  • I had this issue also. I wasnt sure if I was responisble to entertain my friends & families kids.. The Room I rented has a park right outside the door & the favor I made for the kids are bubbles! Its a party for a 1yr old- Obviously my son isnt going to be playing games & my job is to care for him... so Im hoping between the park & bubbles peoples kids will be fine!
