what is the best way to dig up and transport bulbs that have started to sprout?

hi! i have about 10-15 bulbs of different flowers, and they haven't flowered yet, but the leaves are definitely up. we are being forced to move, and i am definitely not leaving them behind, so how can i take them with me?

  • if you dig them up now...they'll be fine...the leaves on the bulbs will wither/die/dry...replant them when ya get settled

  • Yep, I have moved them around and they have always survived. Once you move, put them in the ground as soon as you can and give them a little snack and you should be good to go!

  • I agree with the above. You could also put them in pots, then would have some time to get them back in the ground.
