Boneless Pork Sirloin Chops....I want to put them in the crockpot...anyone have a recipe?

I took these out yesturday but ended up not cooking last night..we decided to just eat leftovers. And it is just too hot to turn on the stove or oven today. SO I was thinking I could do something with this in the crockpot?
Any ideas woul dbe helpful!
Thankyou! :)
