New fave here.Cube a pound of chicken breast ,slice carrots and onions and brown in 2 T of veggie oil.While browning mix 1/2 c low sodium soy sauce , 2 teaspoons grated or chopped ginger ,3 tea. minced garlic ,2 Tablespoons honey, 1 T brown sugar in a bowl.After brown and cooked remove chicken ,pour in sauce let thicken add chicken to coat.Serve with rice and I also fixed broccoli.It reads harder than it is.
