do anybody know?

how much milk a 21 month old should be drinking in one day?
I give my daughter 2 eight ounce sippys during the day and 1 before she goes to sleep at night.
Do that sound about right?

  • http://kidshealth.org/parent/nutrition_fit/nutrition/feed12yr.html#  A link to read. It says 16-24oz. Mainly no more because it can cause iron deficiency .

  • 16oz of Dairy max. That includes cheese, yogurt, puddings and everything. So, tow 8oz in addition is way plenty.

  • I think you're good! Push water throughout the day and you're golden!
