What are some ways you use Greek yogurt?

I love to mix with garlic and dill and use on meatballs

  • Crush a box of Amaretti cookies into an 8x8" baking dish.
Cover with a small pot of Greek yogurt.
Open a can of sliced peaches (in their own juice, not heavy syrup) and slice them again so they're thin. Spread the peaches over the yogurt.
Add a container of fresh blueberries over the top.
Sprinkle with 1-2 Tbs brown sugar.
Broil for 2-4 minutes, until sugar is melted.
    Eat immediately!
