  • Yes! As it is your civic duty as a citizen of this country (or any country you live in for that matter) to comprehend how government works, and how the bills/policies/laws enacted affect you and your little corner of the world--not just immediately, but in the long term!!

    Passivity is no way to go through life.

  • Yes. I take my voting rights very seriously too. I will research the heck out of the candidates before I cast my vote. I don't vote straight party either. It all depends.

  • yes, of course. we live in a democracy, its part of the package. now if we could just get rid of the electoral college and have each vote count for a vote.
