Does anyone claim to have an answer or at least a theory?

  • Who knows? I don't understand anything about religion. None of it makes sense and yet we are supposed to understand it and follow it. I have wondered this for my entire life. No one can answer because no one knows.

  • He was, is & will always be. He has no beginning, no end.

  • The traditional Judeo-Christian response is that God didn't come from anywhere- He always was. (He called Himself "I Am")

  • It depends on what god you are talking about. Some belief systems have a belief where their Gods were born by the Earth or Universe or some other natural being. Although even those belief systems tend to not have a real firm belief as to where those original "natural being" came from... One of the books I have simply states that Mother Earth had been there for so long that no one knows or understands where she began... Others have similar "always been" types of beliefs...

  • The bible was written by man. Men are liars. Therefore, why should I believe what the bible says. I think God is just an unexplainable force we need to believe in because we have absolutely no faith in human-kind. And who can blame us? Look how destructive we are? Yet out of all these years of destruction and death, you would think God would do something about it. Yet we still trust in him to make all the right decisions and guide us through our lives. I'm a bit torn when it comes to God and everyone elses interpretation of him.
