I have to be at work at 6 a.m., which means that I need to get up between 4:30-5:00 (depending on the morning). I am so afraid that I am going to oversleep that I don't get a good night's sleep. I have two alarms set which is a good thing, because one alarm didn't work the other day. Even with two alarms, I still overslept by 10 minutes this morning and was in a rush. I am a very heavy sleeper and have a loud alarm but its not loud enough. I know that it will get easier to get up at this time as I do it more often but how can I get a good night's sleep without fear of oversleeping?
