How long should I let my twins sleep in the same crib?

I have B/G twins that are 16 months old.

  • Untill they are getting out of them and could possibly hurt themselves. If they are comfortable in them and sleeping well I would wait till they are trying to climb the rails to get out of them. Some kids sleep in a crib till 3 or 4. Some are in a toddler bed as early as a year and a half. Just depends on the parents preference.

  • I have twins and I separated them at 2 months and put them in their own cribs. I agree with vadasmom though. I wouldn't let them sleep with each other to much longer.

  • I wouldn't let them sleep together too much longer either cause they'll have seperation anxiety with each other. Mayb aftr they make a 1yr old.

  • Maybe because they are b/g and will eventually have to be seperated. So I agree the sooner the better. I plan to keep my b/b together as long as they can peacefully sleep together
