  • Most ANY yogurt or keifer product should help with digestion because they're all full of healthy bacteria to aid in digestion.

  • Yes, cultured vegetables like sauerkraut (not the salted, pasteurized variety sold in supermarkets), yogurt (all kinds), and kefir are excellent sources of beneficial bacteria. You can also try acidophilus milk.
