What kind of marinades do you use?

I got some Jack Daniels marinade and it is excellent. I also like Lawry's Mesquite and their Lemon Herb one. And my hubby makes a secret marinade that is sooo yummy. Looking for more good ideas.

  • I have a favorite that I use with chicken ,salmon and pork tenderloin. It does have an Asian flair but I work around it.Low sodium say sauce ,pineapple juice ,minced garlic ,diced onion and some brown sugar.Add ons include ginger ,wasabi paste , honey instead or not at all ,Sriracha sauce or hot sauce,Worcestershire basically what ever sounds good.My favorite is to do the basic with salmon then grill or bake.Use Newman's Pineapple Salsa drain the juice or pico de gallo add a small can of drained crushed pineapple.Brown rice, broccoli and spoon the salsa mix on the fish.Even my daughter that HATES salmon likes this.
