  • My Doc told me anything with the name tylenol on it was fine except PM. Your doctor may feel differently. Saline drops in the nose may help with the stuffiness. Once you have that figured out the sleeping may get better. However it is VERY common to have trouble sleeping the further along you get. Have you tried sleeping in a recliner?

  • My doctor said that I could even take Tylenol PM, but only ONE pill. The ingredient that helps you sleep is the same as benedryl and Benedryl was on the OK list, but again, only ONE pill.

As for the sinuses, have you tried a Neti Pot?? I had such allergy issues when I was pregnant and the Neti Pot was a God send!

  • You can take sudafed so long as it isn't sudafed PE. Ask at the pharmacy. They'll show you your options.

  • I'd try the sinus rinse stuff too. It's not medicated so it isn't going ot affect your little one. Ask you doc about the tylenol pm. HTat might help.
