ok so i took out boneless thing sliced chicken breast for dinner...

What should I do with them? I want to make something delicious lol. Any suggestions?

  • bread them and top with melted parmesan,serve with spaghetti. Voila! Chicken parmesan!

  • Put some salt pepper and garlic, and a bit of lemon juice, fry in a bit of olive oil, then caramelize some thinly sliced onions and top them with it, serve with white rice or side dish of choice.

  • scampi is easy... toss them in some seasoned flour, heat some butter/olive oil in the pan, add the chicken, toss in some minced garlic. Sear for two minutes, flip sear two more minutes, remove chicken, add half a cup white wine, juice of a lemon, stir, add chicken. simmer till cooked through.

    Remove chicken to pan, swirl in some butter and season sauce with salt and pepper. pour over chicken.
    serve with rice or pasta.

  • cook them in a bit of lemon juice, season with some lemon pepper and basil, add some capers and almonds to the pan and let simmer. Saute or steam some zucchini, asparagus, and yellow squash. To the chicken pan add some heavy cream to make a sauce let come to a boil add zest and juice of two lemons. Then add some fresh parmesan until you reach desired thickness, serve our spaghetti noodles.

  • Stir fry, cut them up and add veggies, rice, scrambled eggs and soy sauce.

  • butter in the pan, salt, pepper, and Emril's Essence. Cook about 12 minutes per side. Serve with rice, noodles, potatos and a veggie.
