  • No, They say it's sleeping on your back that's dangerous because it cuts off circulation to the baby. I would wake up and be on my back, but my child is perfectly healthy.

  • No, it won't. He is protected by fluid. It is best to sleep on your left side if at all possible.

  • He's protected in that lovely belly of yours. I wouldn't recommend staying on your belly, but your baby will be fine. :)
