  • Baked Spaghetti

    Grease a lasagna pan or a 9X13 pan or a large foil roasting pan

    2 lbs ground beef, seasoned
    1 (16 ounce) box angel hair pasta
    1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
    4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
    8 ounces pepperoni slices

    1. Brown the ground beef and season it, drain.
    2. Add the jar of spaghetti sauce.
    3. Cook angel hair pasta as described on the package.
    4. Combine the hamburger sauce and pasta.
    5. In a baking dish, Add half the spaghetti and top with cheese.
    6. Add the other half of the spaghetti and the top with the rest of the cheese.
    7. Layer the pepperoni on top.
    8. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 40 minutes at 350.

  • TaterTot Casserole...quick and easy for no time to spare...Fry or bake tatertots while you are browning your ground beef or chuck with chopped onions...drain tots and beef of all oils...I rinse my beef because it removes more of the fat content...frying the tots tastes better and are crispier for this rectangle casserole dish add two cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery or any u choose...then add small container of sourcream or u can choose to leave out if you dislike sourcream...other tips to add are black olives or jalepenos or bell's your creation...well, then, add the beef and stir up...sprinkle with shredded cheese, i prefer sharp cheddar, and stir again...then top with the tatertots pressing lightly into the mixture but not enough to break up the tots...then top with more much u want is fine...and, that's it...add a salad as a side and whoala, it's dinner time...

  • p.s. and ofcourse it must be baked for about thirty minutes or until cheese and mixture is bubbly...i bake on 375-400 degrees...
