Why am I breaking out at age 29?

How is this necessary? Is this payback for having perfect complexion in Junior/Senionr high school whle everyone else was breaking out? This is so emabarrassing...

  • wash your face twice a day with a very mild soap (like unscented baby soap) and a soft wash cloth; follow with a light, oil free moisturizer (like Just Tomatoes or Lush). Once a day, before you wash your face, put on a honey mask (just honey, a great anti-bacterial). Every three days add a pinch of baking soda to the honey to exfoliate. Check back with me in two weeks and tell me how this worked.

  • Are you drinking enough water (at least 8 8z glasses a day)? Eating fruits and vegetables (7-8 servings a day, in at least 3 different colors)? Eating whole grains and not eating simple grains? Eating legumes? Avoiding meat and dairy?

  • So I've cut back as much as possible. Just about no dairy intake. Only eating 15% as much meat as I used to. Drinking more water and eating healthier. And I use nothing fancy on my face any more. I simply wash it with Cetaphil stuff. ? I only have one little pimple;) Thank you for the advice. Treat my body well, and apparantly it will show on the outside;)
