Is there somewhere to download music for a monthly fee rather than per song?

  • Rhapsody? I think you pay a fee but you can only keep the songs as long as you have an active subscription. If you cancel the subscription, you cancel the songs.

  • limewire is free but illegal to to put on cd or mp3 players

  • LimeWire is the way to go I've been downloading/burning CDs off of it for years. (The government has better things to do than bother with you or I.)
