Sort of. My husband's company had a contest years ago. The teams had to come up with ideas to save money. If your team's idea was chosen, you were awarded points = to the money value. If the idea went company wide, you got triple the points. At the end, he had 10,000 points. We got a catalog and ordered things with the points. We got a couch, recliner, riding lawn mower, video camera, tv, vcr, armoire, some tools, some toys for the boys, a wing back chair, and the best thing yet - they paid the shipping and the gift taxes. All of those things were truly free. We still have the furniture though the upholstery has been replaced.
