Is $14 too much for a sleeper?

I went to BRU today and they had a "sale" on Carter's sleeper, where the sale price ended up being $14 after the discount. I need to buy some 12 month sleepers for the fall/winter, but I wouldn't pay that much. What do you ladies think? Am I crazy for passing up on fleecy material sleepers?

  • I usually wait for a sale then I get a buy ,1 get 1 free, and the buy 1 is still has to be a decent price. I hit a lot of garage sales too, one lady had some that looked never worn for $1.00, and I only had $5.00 and my Gr-son w/me.

  • Do you have any outlet stores near you? The Carter's outlets usually have some good deals.

  • That is a lot to pay. You can find them at Sam's club for half that. They also have them at Ross dress for less too. And Burlington Coat Factory.

  • That is a lot of money. I wouldn't pay so much on something my toddler would outgrow in 2 months.

  • Yeah, I'm going to check out Baby Depot tomorrow to see what they have. I mean, the material was really, really nice. It was fleece and looked really warm, and living up in NH, we need warm in the fall/winter, but geez...I keep thinking I can find the same thing somewhere cheaper.

I'm not sure about any outlets up here. I'll check online and see what I can find, thanks for that tip!

  • I don't think it's too much, but if you wait, you can get hot a BRU sale where they are $7 each.
