  • yep that's me and why I on here. I usually have one day I don't sleep for right at 24 hours and two I sleep about 2 or 3 hours. Not sure what causes it to be honest. Just the way it has always been...

  • My hormones are driving me absolutely nuts. I normally can't sleep for about 4 or 5 days before my period. Lately though, I seem to be having more and more sleeping trouble and I'm pretty sure it's hormone related. My mother had all these problems too. I'm going to go crazy if I can't get a decent night of sleep soon :(

  • I have the opposite problem. I feel exhausted and drained the entire time.
